What does our recruitment process look like?
We believe that long and complicated recruitment processes are problematic and stressful for both the candidate and the employer. In accordance to this belief, in our company we focus on a short and transparent selection of candidates.

LIST OF CANDIDATES
We start the process by selecting candidates, where we analyse CVs, skills and work experience. We create an applications list and contact the selected candidates for an interview.

INTERVIEW
Candidates go through a two-stage interview. The first stage is a technical interview where we test skills and knowledge related to the job. Selected candidates then go through an interview with the company’s CEO, during which we arrange the terms and conditions of a potential collaboration.

INTRODUCTION
Once the recruitment process has been successfully completed, the new employee goes through induction, which includes an introduction to the company, the team and details of duties and tasks.
