What does our recruitment process look like?

We believe that long and complicated recruitment processes are problematic and stressful for both the candidate and the employer. In accordance to this belief, in our company we focus on a short and transparent selection of candidates.

LIST OF CANDIDATES

We start the process by selecting candidates, where we analyse CVs, skills and work experience. We create an applications list and contact the selected candidates for an interview.

INTERVIEW

Candidates go through a two-stage interview. The first stage is a technical interview where we test skills and knowledge related to the job. Selected candidates then go through an interview with the company’s CEO, during which we arrange the terms and conditions of a potential collaboration.

INTRODUCTION

Once the recruitment process has been successfully completed, the new employee goes through induction, which includes an introduction to the company, the team and details of duties and tasks.

Internship programme

Development. Here in PSP Concept, we are interested in shaping the future of our industry, which is why we run an internship programme for students who want to gain valuable experience in the automation industry. Our internship programme enables students to complete a student internship and learn more about our company, its activities and the solutions we offer.

FAQ

1. What does the recruitment process look like?

Our recruitment process consists of three main stages. First, we select candidates from the applications received and invite them to a technical interview for the position. If they successfully pass this, they are invited to an interview with the company’s CEO. The entire recruitment process takes a short time and the candidate receives a final decision on whether to hire or not shortly after the interview.

2. Where is located the head office of the company?

The official Headquarter of our company is located in Katowice, at 19/1 Generała Zjączka St. However, we have a separate office where all the work is carried out. It is located near Kraków, in Zabierzów, at 280 Krakowska Street, which is a very transport-friendly neighbourhood. As a result, getting to the company should not be a problem at all. The office is located in Eximius Park, and there is a bus stop and train station in the near neighbourhood.

3. What types of contracts does the company offer?

After a successful recruitment process, the future employee has a choice between two types of contract – an employment contract and a B2B contract. For an internship programme, we offer a contract of mandate.

4. Is remote working possible?

Our company accepts remote working. An employee can use the so-called home office for 24 days throughout the year.

5. What are the office working hours?

The hours that you can work in the office are fully flexible. We work 5 days a week, Monday to Friday. An employee should work 8 hours every day, which will result in 40 hours per week and 160 hours per month. The exact time frame you choose to work is up to you and the current needs of the office.

6. How large are the company’s teams?

The exact size of the teams depends on many factors. While building teams, it is necessary to consider, for example, the specifics of a project, its advancement, and also the specific requirements. After this analysis, teams are designed and tasks are delegated. This is highly individual. During smaller projects, we often build two-person teams, but in the large and demanding projects, the team may include even more than a dozen or so people.

7. Does the company offer any employee benefits?

Our company has decided to subscribe to health packages for all employees, and also for their families. This allows them to have their bodies comprehensively examined and to look after their health and the health of their family members. The medical services provided as part of the mentioned package are performed at the highest level. We also offer holiday funding. A healthy and satisfied staff is our priority.

8. Does the employee often go on business trips?

As you know, working in the automotive industry often requires business trips. Such trips enable practical application of the solutions developed in the office and perfecting them to meet the needs of a particular project. Our company also requires availability to take part in the previously mentioned trips. Business trips are organised on a 3/1 or 6/2 basis, which means that for every 3 weeks of work on a business trip the employee receives 1 week off and, similarly, for every 6 weeks of work on a business trip the employee receives 2 weeks off.
